Lawrence Lenayapa Kiptanui , the Former State House Comptroller and Ambassador of Kenya to the Kingdom of Netherlands, has passed away on Thursday, February 28.Abraham Kiptanui, the long-serving Comptroller of State House in President Daniel Moi’s tenure, is dead. Kiptanui passed away at the Nairobi Hospital early Sunday morning. He had been admitted at the hospital for several weeks.He served in the powerful position at State House until his retirement in 1996. It will decide the convoy speed, movement, and stoppages. All cars need to respect lead car decisions. 2. It will constantly view mirrors to ensure the convoy is not spacing out too far. 3. If a lot of traffic lights are encountered, it may be necessary to pull over somewhere safely to reform. 4. A generous use of indicators when changing direction. 5. Inform the group prior to departure of the destination and any stops. Sweeper Role 1. Keep visual contact with the Lead Car (if possible). 2.
